2. What data we collect
When you fill in the booking form on the website, we collect: your name, phone number and/or email address, the class you selected and your message. This data is provided to us voluntarily.
We also use cookies and analytics tools (Google Tag Manager / Google Analytics) to analyse website traffic.
3. Purposes of processing
- Responding to your enquiry about a class or event
- Arranging and confirming your booking
- Informing you about schedule changes
- Website traffic analytics (in anonymous form)
4. Legal basis
Data from the form is processed on the basis of your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Analytics cookies are processed on the basis of the consent you give through the banner on your first visit to the website.
5. Data retention
Data from the form is kept no longer than necessary to respond to your enquiry, as a rule no more than 6 months. You may request deletion of your data at any time.
6. Third parties
We use the FormSubmit.co service to deliver messages from the form. For analytics we use Google Tag Manager (Google LLC). Data is not sold and is not shared with third parties for commercial purposes.
Online class booking system: isportsystem.cz — when you go to that site, its own privacy policy applies.
