What happens at the first class?

The first trial class is 200 Kč. Before the class, the teacher will have a brief chat with you — about your experience, health and goals.

What should I bring?

Comfortable clothes for movement. Mat, blocks and straps are included. Bring your own water.

Can I practice with back pain?

Yes — that is exactly what the Healthy Back class is for. Please mention it when signing up. For acute pain, consult a doctor first.

How do I cancel or reschedule?

Cancellation or rescheduling is possible up to 12 hours before the class. Write to der.kudravceva@gmail.com or via WhatsApp.

What language are classes taught in?

Classes are held in Russian and Czech. Let us know when signing up — we will find a suitable group.
